CBD is short for Cannabidiol. Its a chemical compound from the Cannabid Sativa plant, you’ll probably know this plant by its other names…Marijuana or Hemp. THC on the other hand will get you high. At The Olde Hemporium all of our products are third-party-tested to examine the CBD for quality assurance Because the FDA doesn't currently regulate CBD, it is possible to buy products on the market which could be more or less potent than advertised, or even contains small amounts of THC… Not good and also not Legal.
The only CBD medication that is currently FDA-approved is Epidiolex, which the agency approved for the treatment of certain types of epilepsy.
